A few words about the complex. The apartments are located in the western part of Kołobrzeg. They are about 350 meters from the beach. Only a wooded strip of dunes separates us from the sea. The very popular, beautifully renovated R10 bicycle path runs next to the resort. It is probably the most beautiful and best-prepared section of the entire R10 bicycle route along the Baltic Sea. There is a bicycle rental service on site during the season.
The apartment building has swimming pools at the guests' disposal. There is an outdoor pool and two indoor jacuzzis, a sauna, a well-equipped gym, and a children's playroom. Guests can access all these facilities without leaving the premises. The restaurant is open all year round. Outside, there are also playgrounds for children and a place for walks. In the immediate vicinity: Biedronka and Netto stores. In the summer season, there are numerous restaurants and eateries.

Ein paar Worte zur Anlage. Die Wohnungen befinden sich im westlichen Teil von Kolberg. Sie sind etwa 350 Meter vom Strand entfernt. Nur ein bewaldeter Dünenstreifen trennt uns vom Meer. Der sehr beliebte, wunderschön renovierte Radweg R10 verläuft neben dem Resort. Es ist wahrscheinlich der schönste und am besten präparierte Abschnitt der gesamten Radroute R10 entlang der Ostsee. Während der Saison gibt es vor Ort einen Fahrradverleih.
Das Apartmentgebäude verfügt über Swimmingpools, die den Gästen zur Verfügung stehen. Es gibt einen Außenpool und zwei Whirlpools im Innenbereich, eine Sauna, ein gut ausgestattetes Fitnessstudio und ein Kinderspielzimmer. Gäste können auf alle diese Einrichtungen zugreifen, ohne das Gelände verlassen zu müssen. Das Restaurant ist das ganze Jahr über geöffnet.
